You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us if it isn't quite right.

To return an order, please email us first at orders@tobiasandthebear.com and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your original order number. We can not guarantee that your required size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases are happy to either offer a refund or send you your desired size when it arrives in stock. 

We cannot accept returns on items that are not sent back in a perfect condition and do not have the original tags attached. Returned items of this nature will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay postage costs. 

When items are pre-ordered and paid for in advance, your returns period will start from the day that you receive your order.

Please note that returns can take 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.
