What are Cub points?

Cub points is our new loyalty rewards programme. It’s a way of us saying thank you to the TATB community by offering you chances to earn points when you shop, follow us on Instagram and refer us to friends, which you can then spend on the site on your favourite TATB items.

How do I join?

If you already have an account with us you are automatically enrolled (and have a welcome balance of 200 points!) - simply log in on the Cub points button (bottom of the screen) and you’ll start earning rewards with your next shop. If you don’t have an account yet then simply sign up via the same button (and enjoy a 200 points welcome gift)

How do I earn TATB rewards?

You will earn 5 points each time you spend £1 with us. When you’ve earned 500 points you get a voucher code for £5 off your next order. You can also currently earn points for signing up for our newsletter, following us on Instagram and referring your friends to us.

Will the points expire?

No, the points will not expire and will keep building up so you can choose to either spend them each time you get to £5 or to save them up for a bigger discount.

Can I use the points with another offer/promo code?

The points will be redeemed in the form of a voucher code so can’t be used in conjunction with another code.

How do I refer a friend?

Log in to the Cub points panel and you’ll see a URL to copy and share with your friends as well as links to share via other channels. When a friend shops with us for the first time via your link and spends over £50, you will earn 1000 points (worth £10) and your friend will get £10 off their purchase. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer so get sharing!
