We are working hard to keep offering you a great service so you can enjoy your time at home with your families.
We've lowered our free shipping threshold to £25 and significantly reduced a lot of our EU shipping rates so it's even easier to get items delivered to your home. Please note that whilst we endeavour to meet our usual quoted shipping times there may be delays outside of our control.

You do not need to worry about being able to return an order that's not right. We are now pleased to offer free returns on UK orders. We are also extending our returns period during this period, so any orders placed since 1st March 2020 will be able to be returned up to 30 days after your country's lockdown ends. Please note that free returns are not applicable on sale items.
Now more than ever, people are needing to send a gift directly to a new baby. We have implemented a gift-wrapping service where your gift is packaged in an eco friendly gift box and tissue paper with a personalised note included, for £3.95. Please note too that all orders are able to be sent directly to a recipient and no payment information is ever included inside our deliveries.
Our warehouse is a small, family-run business in a low-traffic area. The team there are operating with increased levels of hygiene and operating a distancing policy.
