Please note that we are extending our returns policy to 30 days after any lockdown period in your country ends.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it to us if it isn't quite right, providing it’s in a resalable condition with original tags attached. Returns in the UK are free and easy via our delivery partner, Hermes. Free returns are not applicable on sale items.
If you would like to return an international order, please email us at orders@tobiasandthebear.com where we can advise you of next steps.
Please note that in busy times, returns can take 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.
